We want every MAHER purchase to be the right one. If it's not, we make it straightforward to return or exchange.

30-day returns on full-price items. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with the dust bag and box. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Lodged within 30 days of delivery

  • Worn or visibly used items
  • Items without dust bag or box
  • Returned after 30 days
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to return

Step 1

Contact us to start your return

Email returns@mahershoes.com with your order number, the item you're returning, and your reason for return. We'll send return instructions within one business day.

Step 2

Package your return securely

Place your shoes in the original box with the dust bag, then pack securely to prevent damage in transit. Include your order number inside the parcel. Do not write on the shoe box itself.

Step 3

Ship your return

NZ returns: use the prepaid returns label we'll send you (free). International returns: use a trackable courier service at your own cost. We recommend retaining your tracking number until the return is confirmed.

Step 4

Refund or exchange processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Faulty items

If something's not right with your shoes

If your MAHER shoes arrive with a manufacturing fault, or a defect becomes apparent within 6 months of purchase under normal wear, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will assess and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion in line with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.
