Orders & Payments

Browse the collection, select your size and colour, and add to cart. Proceed to checkout — we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within two hours of placement by contacting our customer care team at hello@mahershoes.com. After dispatch, modifications are no longer possible — you will need to use our returns process.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Laybuy. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.

Sizing & Fit

MAHER shoes run true to European sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — particularly for closed-toe styles. See our size guide for full measurement advice and conversion tables.

The standard MAHER last is medium/D width. Wide-fit versions are available for selected styles — these are noted on individual product pages. If you're unsure, contact us and we can advise based on your foot measurements.

Use the "notify me" button on the product page to be alerted when your size is restocked. Popular styles and sizes often return within 4–8 weeks. You can also contact customer care to check availability timelines.

Shipping & Delivery

NZ standard: 2–5 working days. NZ express: 1–2 working days. Australia: 5–10 working days. International: 7–14 working days. All timeframes are from the date of dispatch, not order date. See our shipping page for full details.

Yes — free standard shipping on all NZ orders over $150. Express shipping and international orders are charged at standard courier rates, calculated at checkout.

A tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can also use our order tracking page with your order number and email address.

Yes. We ship to Australia, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for full-price items in unworn, original condition with the dust bag and box. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. See our returns page for full details.

Contact returns@mahershoes.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within one business day. NZ returns are free; international returns are at the customer's cost.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Product Care

Wipe clean after wear, apply leather conditioner every 4–6 weeks, and use a waterproofing spray at the start of each season. Store with cedar shoe trees in the dust bag provided. See our full care guide for detailed instructions.

Yes. MAHER shoes are designed with repair in mind — soles can be replaced and heels rebuilt by a skilled cobbler. Contact our team for recommended repair specialists in your area.
